2010-2011 SURF LESSONS & RENTAL RATES |
Stand-up paddleboarding is the latest in action water sports. A hybrid of surfing and kayaking, paddleboarding benefits the rider with a strong ‘core’ body workout by using the entire body while strengthening your center of gravity all while enjoying the ocean.
Whether you are on vacation or reside in South Florida, beginner or advanced surfer, young or old, anyone can learn how to ‘SUP’.
While South Beach may be known more for it’s nightlife, South Beach does indeed get surf. Interested in trying it out? Come on through to F1RST Surf Shop, we carry a full range of surfboards from beginner models to high performance surfboards
available for rent and sale.

| Credit Card & Identification required on all rentals. $250.00 Deposit held on all rentals. All rentals come with one (1) bar of wax and one (1) surf leash. sunshirt/lycra shirt and sunblock is highly recommended. All rentals to persons under 18 years must be accompanied by anadult above the age of eighteen (18). All boards are inspected prior to rental for damage. Any major damage accrued during rental will be charged to renter regardless of negligence. Broken boards and/or unrepairable boardswill be charged to the renter full retail price. |

Our staff of surfing instructors are certified in CPR by Miami Dade Fire Rescue. With over 20 years of combined surfing experience. F1RST can teach you all the fundamentals from a beginners status to advanced lessons.
Stand-Up Paddleboarding, or ‘SUP’ is the latest in action sports. SUP’s offers everyone from the beginner to the advanced surfer an excellent way to stay in tune with the ocean while offering a core strength training workout. Your guaranteed to be up and riding by days end!!! |

Kiteboarding is one of the fastest growing watersports today.Combining surfing, wakeboarding & windsurfing into one sport,
kiteboarding offers the action sport enthusiast an excellent source for an intense adrenaline rush.
Whether you are on vacation or reside in South Florida, a beginner or advanced surfer, young or old, with the proper instruction, anyone can learn how to Kite. Our Staff is IKO certified and has over 15+ years of combined experience.
F1RST offers all surf kite and paddleboarding equipment rentals, private and group lessons, tours, and carries all of your beach going necessities as well as your core boarding supplies. |
| Introduction to Kiteboarding - 3 Hour Course: |

| • 1 hour of kite riding & water launch. |

| The Commited Package - 6 Hour Course: |

| • 2 hours of wind theory and kite flying on land. |

| • 3 hours of on-hand training including water launch, board riding, riding upwind, and basic tricks. |

| The Whole Nine Yards - 9 Hour Course: |

| • 2 hours of wind theory and kite flying on land. |

| • 2 hours or power management. Learn kite power & function in the water |
|
| • 5 hours of on-hand training including water launch, board riding, riding upwind, and basic tricks. |

| Credit Card & Identification required on all rentals. 50% deposit prior to all lessons and rentals. All lessons are scheduled in advanced based on wind and weather patterns. No guarantees or refunds on lesson dates, a rescheduling wil be made if winds do not previal to give a full lesson. Lesson packages may and will be divided into several sessions and dates. Group discounts are available. All rentals are required return by end of day at stores closing time. 24 hour rentals are required to be returned by noon the following rental date. Renters will be charged an additional $10.00 per each additional hour after noon time.Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adult over the age of 18. |

All prices and rates are subject to change without notice. TKSF1RST, LLC will reserve the right to refuse service to anyone TKSF1RST, LLC deems unfit or not in the proper physical condition to endure the physical requirements needed for the aforementioned sports.
